The NS range of improved hydraulic nut splitters includes a total of 5 models suitable for hexagon nuts with a width between 17 and 75 mm (bolt sizes M10 to M48). The revolutionary design consists of a hardened steel connecting piece that ensures the parallelism of the nut with the blade during the blasting process for more efficient operation and, in particular, a long blade life. The Hi-Force nut splitters are designed for easy splitting of corroded nuts up to a hardness of RC44, making them the ideal solution for removing worn or corroded bolt connections, especially in applications where hot work is not permitted. An optional 360° swivel adapter is available for NS104 and NS110 for easy adjustment and working in confined spaces.
