"Connected to safety" - this was the motto of this year's Carl Stahl Sales Conference, which took place on 14 and 15 February at the company's headquarters in Süßen, Swabia. Approximately 100 sales employees of the office and field service from Germany and Austria took part in sales training courses, practice circles and workshops.
At this year's event, the focus of the knowledge transfer was on participants further deepening their practical knowledge of Carl Stahl's extensive product range and services. In a balanced mixture of practical part and theory, the sales staff were trained on product innovations, innovations and digitization during the two days of the event. These include the UTLS system, a universal transport and storage system for round material, an innovative textile chain or the new Mini air chain hoist from J.D. Neuhaus. In the area of digital sales support, the focus was on the Integrated Services Portal and the Carl Stahl Webshop.
"Our specialist consultants offer system solutions for more safety, efficiency and ergonomics at workplaces," says Tobias Kehrer, Managing Director of Carl Stahl Süd GmbH and main organiser of the event. "That's why it's so important that we always provide our consultants with the latest information so that they can offer our clients the best possible solution. I am also pleased to see that an intensive exchange of ideas took place during the breaks and during dinner together".
A worthy conclusion to the two-day conference was the lecture "Digitization - Start-up spirit in traditional companies". Mark Kugel from MTU gave the participants interesting insights into his start-up company "Useley" in order to be well prepared for the ever faster changing markets and the associated challenges.
