Customer orientation out of enthusiasm!
Customer orientation out of enthusiasm! - was the guiding principle of this year's sales conference of Carl Stahl Hebetechnik GmbH, which took place in February at the company headquarters in Süßen. For two days, around 100 internal and field sales representatives from Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic enjoyed informative presentations as well as practical workshops and exercises. And the joint exchange of ideas was not neglected either.Once again this year, great importance was attached to participants further deepening their practical knowledge of Carl Stahl's extensive product range. Current products such as Liftjet and Hi-Force could be tested live in the application. This enables the sales employee to offer the customer the best possible advice and the optimum solution for his individual wishes and requirements at all times.
Focus on Integrated Services
Of course, Integrated Services also continued to play an important role. Our Integrated Services are more than just a test service. They combine process optimization, cost reduction, transparency and flexibility - and are therefore a new form of occupational safety for our customers, says Tobias Kehrer, who personally led a workshop in this context.
Insights into modern methods and strategies of procurement
The worthy conclusion to the two-day conference was the lectureModern shopping - the world in front of and behind the curtain. The management consultant Hans-Andreas Fein provided the participants with interesting insights into the modern methods and strategies of procurement in order to be optimally prepared for the ever faster changing markets and the associated challenges.
Overall very positive conclusion
In keeping with the guiding principle, the new impulses were received with enthusiasm and motivation by all participants, was Tobias Kehrer's overall very positive conclusion. I am also pleased to see that there was also an intensive exchange of ideas during the breaks and during dinner together. After all, it is immensely important for the success of the entire company that employees build up an internal network and share their diverse experiences with one another.
