The internationally active company Carl Stahl from the Swabian town of Süßen is taking over the exoskeleton manufacturer noonee from Wendlingen on June 1, 2024. Due to growing international demand and personnel capacities, noonee had been looking for a strategic partner since the beginning of the year and found the “perfect match” in Carl Stahl GmbH. Both companies not only share their headquarters in the greater Stuttgart area, but also the strategic goal of shaping the exoskeleton market.
Carl Stahl GmbH, a leading global provider of product solutions and services for lifting and moving loads and securing people, announces the acquisition of the renowned exoskeleton manufacturer noonee, known for the Chairless Chair, as of June 1, 2024. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in the development and product portfolio of Carl Stahl.
The Chairless Chair is a groundbreaking innovation in the field of passive exoskeletons. It enables the user to work in an upright and back-friendly sitting position while always wearing the seat on their body without being restricted in their freedom of movement. In line with the motto “Do everything without being tired”, this technology has proven to be extremely useful, particularly in industry and trade, as it greatly reduces employee fatigue and significantly improves ergonomics in the workplace.
The two companies have been linked by a distributor partnership since 2022.
